Why Can Renal Cyst Be Found in Healthy People

Some healthy people are diagnosed with Renal Cyst without any awareness before, which confuses them. Renal Cyst is a progressive disease, which is due to abnormal development of renal tubular, secreting cysts. Cysts can’t disappear automatically once they occur. Many people worry about whether they can get Renal Cyst or not. What are the causes of Renal Cyst?
Three factors participate in the formations of Renal Cyst:
1. Cell proliferation: Cyst wall cells’ regeneration can be stronger than normal kidney cells, enlarging cysts.
2. Cell secretion: Cyst wall cells need to secrete liquid, otherwise, cells ball can be formed, not cyst.
3. Abnormal basement membrane: Basement membrane is a thin layer of tissues, attaching to cyst cells. The tissues are thicker in patients with Adult Kidney Cyst than that in normal people.
There are other factors to induce renal cyst:
1. Congenital abnormalities: Generally, congenital abnormalities do not have abnormal genes, differentiating from genetic inherence or gene mutation.
2. Gene mutation: Polycystic Kidney Disease can be inherited from parents. But some patients with this disease don’t inherit from their parents. In the formation of embryo, gene mutation occurs, causing Polycystic Kidney Disease. Therefore, some patients with Polycystic Kidney Disease can’t have genetic history.
3. Various infections: Environments of human body become abnormal, which benefits the change of cyst genes. Activities of internal factors increase, promoting cysts to form and grow. Besides, other infections in human body can affect cysts through blood. If cysts get infected, they will grow faster, aggravating renal dysfunction.
4. Toxins: Toxins is one of the factors to cause gene mutation and congenital abnormalities, such as pesticide, chemicals, radiation and pollution. Some medicines also have nephrotoxicity, such as Kanamycin, Gentamicin and Indomethacin. If patients don’t take these medicines properly, kidney damage occurs easily.
5. Diet: Poor eating habits which are the important factors for the development of cysts diseases, may result in many diseases. Poor eating habits including: (1) improper diet; (2) dirty diet; (3) diet preference.
6. Emotional factors: Bad mood can lower human immunity and germs and virus invade and attack human body, affecting cysts. A large number of clinical practice shows that bad mood can aggravate illness condition, especially cystic diseases. Conditions will be better if patients have good mood.
7. Gestation: Multiple pregnancies have negative impacts on women for the prognosis of Polycystic Kidney Disease.
Hope what mentioned above is helpful. Do worry if you have Renal Cyst. What is important is to keep an optimistic mood. If you have any other questions about Renal Cyst, you can consult us or send emails (pkddoctor@hotmail.com). We will do our best to help you.
