What is Renal Cyst Rupture
What is renal cyst rupture? The renal cyst rupture refers to the emergence of some cystic renal mass in the kidneys. The enlarged renal cyst can not endure the pressure from the surround organs and ruptures. Sufferers can easily get severe infection if not receiving treatment in time.
Generally, renal cysts can easily rupture when they are more than 3cm, which is mainly caused by the ischemia and anoxia that the pressure brings. It is suggested receiving treatment as early as possible, preventing the secretion of cyst fluid from the root and lessening the cyst.
If not getting treatment in time, patients are likely to get infection and inflammation. Those that are severe can cause persistent bleeding, secondary infections and even kidney failure. Those patients should receive safe and effective therapy to control the blood bleeding and repair the damaged kidney tissues.
Once kidney cysts get infection, patients will have the symptoms such as chills, fever, back pain, difficult urination, being positive in blood culture. If the cysts are located in the upper, lower or side pole of the kidneys, puncture the cyst using a long needle inserted through the skin under the guide of ultrasonography. Then, clear the cyst cavity with saline. Generally, the body temperature will decrease, and then puncture and wash the cyst cavity after 2 or 3 days till the fluid is clear, and the temperature will be back to normal again.
At the same time, taking the effective antibiotic and their permeability should be considered. Drugs like penicillin, aminoglycoside, cephalosporin can easily permeate into cysts on the remote nephrons and hardly permeate into the cysts on the remote nephrons. However, erythromycin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline, clindamycin, TMP are easy to go into all the cysts.
We have introduced some phenomena of cyst rupture. Patients should be precautious against the cyst rupture and prevent the enlargement of cyst. If the cyst ruptures, take correct measures to deal with it.
However, to adopt operation to remove cysts will do damage to kidney to some extent. In contrast, Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy can treat renal cyst with no operation involved.
