There is no doubt Immunotherapy holds enormous potential in treating
polycystic kidney disease (PKD). Unfortunately, it also brings side effects,
some particularly severe. But the good news is that different side effects show
different side effects. So we can choose the type which has no major side effect
for PKD patients.
There are a variety of different types of Immunotherapy and among them, the
Immunotherapy from bone marrow and from a donor cause the most severe bad output
as follows.
Infertility. In some cases, women patients who have adopted Immunotherapy may
surfer from infertility. However, total sterility is only likely to occur
following total body irradiation.
Anemia. Decreased amount of red blood cells and declined haemoglobin level
may result in anemia, after Immunotherapy. A common symptom for Anemia is
fatigue.
Lack of appetite. In order to coordinate with Immunotherapy, receivers need
to manage a proper diet. Eating problems due to a lack of appetite, nausea, or a
sore mouth due to ulcers or a fungal infection may require that the patient
consume nutritional beverages.
Our hospital uses Immunotherapy to treat kidney disease, including PKD. By
far, more than 3000 cases adopt Immunotherapy in our hospital. There is no
single patient who gets major side effects, except a few of them who get a
headache or fever temporarily. These ailments can be controlled easily and
promptly.
In addition, Immunotherapy come from the cord which is not useful for both
mother-to-be and infant. Once baby is born, cord will be abandoned if nobody
collects it, therefore, Immunotherapy doesn’t get involved in religious or God
controversy. If you have any confusion about Immunotherapy or PKD, you can mail
