Q: My mother suffered from PKD and the creatinine level is 8 and she is 52
years old. She has no serious symptoms, except anemia. Now, her PKD develops
into Kidney Failure. How to deal with this condition caused by PKD?
A: You told me she had PKD and the serum creatinine was already near to 8.
Generally, patients with PKD will have high blood pressure in 30s, renal
function decline in 40s and Renal Failure in 50s. Your mother is now 52. She
should have treated the disease early. Luckily, she is still in good physical
condition without many symptoms except anemia. If treated now, there is still
hope she can avoid dialysis and kidney transplant.
The reason why patients with PKD develops to kidney failure is that the
enlargement of the cysts will pressure the around renal tissues and cause renal
ischemia and anoxia, which start renal fibrosis. Gradually more glomeruli and
tubules are sclerotic due to lack of blood and oxygen supply.
For the necrotic nephrons, there is no treatment can make the alive again.
What we can do now is to use Immunotherapy treatment. Because Immunotherapy are
the most primary cells of the human body, after entering the human body, they
can differentiate into new intrinsic cells and replace the dead nephrons by new
nephrons thus recovering the renal function.
In order to improve the blood and oxygen supply and stop the renal fibrosis,
some herbal medicine can be used. With the action of the microwave, the medicine
can arrive directly in the kidneys through the skin and channels. The Chinese
medicine can promote blood circulation, remove blood stasisand increase the
blood flow in the kidneys. This will provide a faforable environment for the
growth the Immunotherapy and also necessary nutrition for kidney repair, because
the Chinese medicine come from natrual plants which contains many
microelements.
Your mother is already in Renal Failure stage now. We cannot wait passively
until it develops to Uremia stage and start dialysis. We have to prevent this
from happening. Try our best to protect the remaining renal function, remove
risk factors, activate the self renal of the cells and recover part of the renal
function, even if it may not be totally recovery. I sincerely hope your mother
can live a long and healthy life. Mum’s love is great. Let’s work together to
help her.
