Ⅰ.General Treatment: In general, patients should keep optimistic firstly
after being diagnosed Polycystic Kidney Disease.
If normal life is not influenced, patients should keep a diet with less or no
stimulating foods such as salty or spicy food and have a regular schedule,

Ⅳ.Dialysis and Transplantation: Patients should accept dialysis treatment
immediately and blood dialysis should be firstly chosen, when illness condition
aggravate into End Stage Renal Failure. Surviving rate of kidney transplantation
for Polycystic Kidney is some equal to other kidney transplantation for other
reasons. But complications of Kidney Transplantation make postoperative
management more difficult and affect the effect of kidney transplantation.
