My basic information is: PKD, age 45 and gender Female , body height 160sm
and weight 62 kg . The largest cysts in the right kidney measuring 5.6 cm and
the left kidney 4.8 cm . Polycystic liver only, no brain aneurysm no high blood,
creatinine and GFR is normal. But i suffer from back pain. What can I do for my
PKD?
Your BMI is nearly ok and you should keep your body weight.
Usually, renal cyst in your polycystic kidneys can have more chance to get
ruptured and present hematuria when its size is over 3cm . Now the cyst is more
than 5.5cm, so you must take treatment to make it stop growing and let them
shrink gradually.
Polycytic liver can get cured with the renal cysts get treated, you need not
worry about this.
Though your creatinine and GFR is in normal range, this does not mean your
renal parenchyma is intact. Here is an example, the tree root is damaged but its
leaves are still green. Here renal parenchyma is the tree root and various
indicators are the leaves.
For your present symptoms, back pain results from enlarged cysts can stretch
nerves around kidneys. When your renal function get declined, the original
electrolyte balance can be disturbed, so your gastrointestinal tract can also
present symptoms and you can suffer decreased appetite. Nerve system is also
haunted by renal problem, patients with PKD usually have a depressed mood when
they are sick and other discomforts also deduct their sleep quality.
Now you need immediate treatment to halt the aggravation of your condition.
Do not worry, you still have a chance to get treated based on your present
condition. You can use Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy, Immunotherapy and
Immunotherapy to treat your SLE and PKD. If you need more help, please send to
