Can PKD Patients Eat Curry Food

Indian food has evolved over thousands of years and curry food is one of the characteristic. ● Curry food with many flavorings. Usually curry foods is made with various flavorings, which may contain high salt, high fat and other more stimulus substances. All these seasonings are harmful for your PKD for they can stimulate your stomach and aggravate your kidney functions.


However, if you can cook curry food by yourself, it may show less harm to your polycystic kidneys. When you cook curry food, you can choose less seasoning and avoid chilli, the moderate or mild flavor will make curry food more healthy for your polycystic kidney disease.
