Human body is an organism which is complex. Every part or organ even every
cell has ability of self-regulation in resisting factors of damages. For
instance, every day we are invaded by a quantity of bacteria and virus. With
strong natural immunity, harmfulbacteria and virus will be killed; human will
not get disease easily. Once there is declining of immunity, different diseases
will present.
Take flu as an example, some people will be attacked by it,
whilesome will not. The reason is that people with normal self-regulatory
mechanism can resist bacteria and virus effectively. People whose
self-regulation ability has declined cannot resist them effectively.
Kidney is one of the most important organs. Therefore it will not become
abnormal easily. However, patients with kidney disease such as End-Stage Kidney
Disease, have lower self-regulation ability and disease resistance. Patients
will be attacked under external conditions. For this reason, people need to do
exercises, keep a healthy diet and a good state of mind to protect kidney.
