Where does your Immunotherapy come from?
There are mainly five types of Immunotherapy and each of them comes from
different resources. Fetal Immunotherapy, Umbilical cord Immunotherapy, Placenta
derived Immunotherapy, adult Immunotherapy, fetal Immunotherapy, embryonic
Immunotherapy are included.
Our hospital uses embryonic Immunotherapy, which are harvested from the inner
cell mass of the blastocyst seven to ten days after fertilization.
How many transplants does your hospital perform annually?
Our hospital was the first hospital in China to offer the Immunotherapy for
kidney disease patients. Since 2008, we received the first cases of
Immunotherapy treatment. Until now we receive more than 4000 cases and 5% of
them are with Polycystic Kidney Disease. We treats about 1000 cases of
Immunotherapy annually.
How does Immunotherapy treat Polycystic Kidney Disease?
Immunotherapy doesn’t take effect on renal cysts directly. It can improve the
damaged immune system of PKD. Once the immune system is improved, it will
monitor the generation of lining cells where cyst fluids are generated
constantly. In this way, renal cysts will stop growing up.
Immunotherapy can differentiate into new healthy functional renal cells to
improve kidney functions to avoid dialysis and kidney transplant.
Is Immunotherapy safe for me?
Immunotherapy are immature cells which can not be rejected by other cells in
human body. In this way, it won’t lead to serious side effects.
Our hospital uses Immunotherapy to treat kidney disease, including PKD. By
far, there is no single patient who gets major side effects, except a few of
